Exciting news in First Grade Science...
We have CRITTERS!
We built land and water habitats last week.
We wrote about the habitats in our science journals.
We learned that this particular habitat is called a TERRARIUM.
We even predicted what animals might be able to live in the habitat.
Then....we received BESS BEETLES and PILL BUGS in the mail!!!
Each day I choose 2 scientists to observe the terraria and
"mist" the organisms living in there!'
We take our scientific duties very seriously around here!
